By continuing, you agree to the following:
That you (including anyone acting in your behalf, collectively referred to herein as “You” or “Your”), will not contact, attempt to contact or communicate with any owner (including their representatives) of any property identified by RT Networks, Inc. or The Real EstateSolutions Guy (collectively referred to herein as “Offeror”) in their periodic written offers, without prior written consent from Offeror, or enter into any contract with any owner of any identified property, for a period of no less than one year from the date Offeror provides You with a property address. You agree that any unauthorized contact or communication between you and any owner, is intentional interference with Offeror’s contract with owner, and a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You will not do any act that interferes with, hinders, impairs or jeopardizes Offeror’s contract, business or financial relationship with any owner of any identified property furnished to you by the Offeror.
You will not represent yourself to anyone, as being affiliated with (including but not limited to, an employee, agent or representative), of Offeror.
That if You breach these Terms and Conditions, damage will be sustained by Offeror, and that it is and will be impracticable to determine the actual amount of damage by reason of such breach; and You agree that the sum of $20,000 is a reasonable amount to be charged as liquidated damages for such breach; and You will pay to RT Networks, Inc., this sum for Your breach.
