We buy houses throughout the Sacramento, El Dorado and Yolo County areas and remodel them. If you know of a house in your neighborhood that is abandoned or in need of serious repairs, we may be interested in purchasing it. Furthermore, we’re want to pay you for those leads.
How it works
Email a picture of the front of the house along with a description of the property and the property address in the subject line to [email protected]. (Please, no pictures with people in them.) After we receive your email we’ll let you know whether it meets our buying criteria or not, usually within 48 hours. We’ll attempt to purchase the property and if we do purchase the property, we’ll have the escrow company issue you a check for $100 the day we close.
You can send us as many submissions as you find and we’ll pay you for every house we purchase if you are the first person to send us the lead*. Please be aware that not every house that you submit will be one that we will be able to purchase. We are cash buyers and buy houses as-is, but ultimately the owner has to be willing to sell to us a price that is a win-win for both parties.
Here’s the type of houses we’re looking for:
- Abandoned or ugly houses in your neighborhood
- Houses in need of repair or having lots of deferred maintenance
- Not a bank owned property
- Not listed for sale with a real estate agent
- Not on busy streets
Your Privacy is Important to Us
I promise you we won’t be sharing your email or contact information with anyone and we won’t mention your name to the owner of the property. We’re just looking for honest people who know about properties that we might be able to purchase and we’re willing to pay you for your taking the time to let us know about them.
